Probuilt???

I ordered a 700r4 street/strip at the begining of February from Probuilt Automatics. Dana was great answered the phone and talked asked questions about the motor, gears I would use and how I drove the car. But now I call and it goes to voicemail and I haven't heard from him in weeks!!! What happened does anyone know? Last I heard he was sick, did he die? I want my transmission. I'm not bashing Probuilt because from what I heard and talking to Dana they are great, I am just wondering what happened to him I need my transmission so my motor can go in.
