Heads for tbi

Ok, first off i have an 89 Formula with LO3 powerplant. It is bone stock now, except for a flowmaster muffler. I was wondering which heads would give me the best performance gains for the dollar on a mildly moded tbi. I'm going to do some work on the intake to make it flow a little better. I need to keep all of my egr equipment though, so i'm limited. I was looking at the World SR Torquer II 305's. $585 assembled seems like a good deal to me, if they give me the performance. Thanks in advance.

Hey, I'm looking for the same answers as you. I've got a topic posted right now asking whether the L98s or the WP S/R Torquer 305s would be better for my application. The L98s are Vette heads that have 58cc combustion chambers, and since they came off a Corvette they should be pretty good stock. The assembled heads are about $800/pair.

Anybody know if they L98s support EGR?

Cast iron L98s do have support for EGR.
