They should fit without issue. Since both are 1987+ motors. But hey, sould like a good excuse to upgrade to the dual pattern Edelbrock base JUST to make sure.

The guys right. Your stock TPI wont fit do to the angle of the 2 center bolts on each side of the manifold. L98 CAST's bolts are up and down where the Vette heads go in on an angle. The Edelbrock base fits both heads do to the bolt holes being machined for both style heads

Mkos is correct. The 87+ f-body heads changed to the 72º intake bolt pattern, but the Aluminum Corvette heads kept the <86 45º bolt pattern. You'll need a Corvette intake manifold, or an aftermarket intake manifold, to bolt these heads up properly.

OK guys i understand now.. but do i have the option to have the holes drilled into the base plate. would that be possible. since it is just a hole.. and i do plan on putting a MR on my car after time. but i was going to get a good deal on these heads. but otherwise i will wait. thanks.

A buddy of mine did this by elongating the center manifold bolt holes in the manifold.

I believe he was using the Vortec heads that required a different angle.

Sounds doable.

Yes you can elongate the center holes to fit. I did it on mine. Just make sure you use a little larger washer.
