Dart heads
Does anyone know any places that can beat jeg and summits prices on Iron eagle heads.

I think Summit or Jegs are your best bet for pricing on those heads. I have a set of Iron Eagles myself that I got from my machine shop, and he got them for the same as Summit. I would not run a Demon carb if I were you. I tried 2 of them, a speed demon and a race demon, and they SUCK!!! No throttle response and bad driveability. Go with a good Holley HP if you can afford one.
