Anything that attempts to lie to your ECM is junk and not worth your time.

You can get the exact same effect for FREE by adjusting your TPS to a setting above stock. Stock is .54v I set mine to .60v for a tad more response but I personally wouldn't go over .65v
These kinds of mods will net you zero HP, zero TQ and zero MPG. All that thing does it tell your ECM that the TPS is at x position when It's really at Y position.

Re: Electronic Throttle enhancer??
Same idea as the hypertech/jet chips. Probably just advances the timing and maybe alters the fuel tables a bit. Will give you very little if anything.
One thing you need to understand about thirdgen cars is in a factory configuration there pretty much no "unlocked" power. The motors were already giving it all they could and technology back then was limited and emissions were of the biggest concern so all they could give wasn't much.
I see that you're just getting into this game and that's fine, we've all been in your shoes at one point or another.
While there are a few simple bolt-on mods that will give minimal gains such a throttlebody airfoil, descreened MAF and underdrive pullies the former 2 being if you have mods done to your motor to support the additional airflow, most of this crap like performance chips and throttle position controllers are aimed at people like you who don't know any better. Snake oil; stay far, far away!
If you want the most performance out of these cars, put your money where It's practical. Heads, cam, rocker arms etc. Get familiar with a dremel tool and do some of your own porting that saves loads of cash. Once some mods have been done, a CUSTOM not off the shelf tune will benefit even further.
Horsepower doesn't easy and most of the time it doesn't come cheap either.
