I have a 350 TPI with AFR 190 heads and was wondering what cam you guys thnk would be the best.

There is no "best cam". It all depends on the rest of your combo. Headers? Exhaust? Automatic? Stall Converter? Suspension? Daily driver? Give us some more info.

also headers, 2000 rpm converter, and the usual mods for the best performance, i just wanted an overall opinion on the favorite cams

See the camshaft tech article on this site for some good suggestions. For those AFR heads, I think the LPE219 cam would be great, or the LT4 HOT cam. I think you'll need a higher stall converter than 2000 tho, more like 2400-2800. And SLP's 1 3/4" headers.

The LT4 Hot Cam sounds like a good choice for your car. Its specs are 218/228 with .492" lift with the 1.5 RRs. If you want a little more, and don't mind sacrifising idle, the more radical of the 2 SLP cams from Summit is a good choice. Its specs are 224/230 with .502"/.510" lift with the 1.5RRs. The SLP cam is about 2 times the cost of the LT4 Cam though.
