You still have your stock heads? I was told that single pattern cams like the LPE 219 really need some good flowing heads. If you're keeping those heads you'd probably be better off with a dual pattern cam that has more duration on the exhaust side. Like maybe the LT4 Hot Cam w/ 218/228?

I have the same cam in my Camaro, but with a Q-jet carb.
You will definitely need a good set of heads and a SuperRam intake. The cam is meant to pull to 6000rpm in a 350, which isn't possible with the stock-style TPI setup and stock heads. You should also go to a 3-1/2" exhaust and get a 52mm TB too.
It is true that the cam needs heads with a really strong exhaust port to clear out the cylinders.

I am not going to by new heads, a super ram, or a new TB, if I had that kind of money, I would by a mimi ram since it is much better. The question was what cam would work well for my car now.

If you are going to run stock heads and stock intake then you cannot go radical on the cam choice. A cam that is well matched to the stock heads and intake would be a cam with NO MORE than 210º of intake duration and around 220º of exhaust duration at 0.050" lift. Have the cam ground on an LSA of 112º. Lift should be well under 0.500" because the stock iron heads don't flow well at 0.500. I would choose lift aroung 0.460". The stock iron heads have a really weak exhaust port which is why I am noting a dual pattern cam with a good sized difference in intake to exhaust duration. BTW - You'll need to swap springs in order to accomplish this swap. If you don't want to swap springs then look for a cam with around 0.440" lift. You might be able to get away with 0.450" lift ... not sure.
Personally, I wouldn't swap the cam until I was ready to swap the heads.
