Racing Chip

Hey guys, I heard that its possible to get some type of racing chip to improve the timing on a 89 Firebird. Is it true? And if it is where can I find it. I heard it was like around $400 but I have no clue where to look

u do realize u have a 2.8 motor right? I wouldnt waste that money on a chip on a 2.8. If for some reason u want to stick with that motor get an exhaust system with that money and intake. With that money u can surely get a junked TPI off of any camaro or firebird around ur neighborhood for $200.00 -$400.00.
