Problems with Thirdgenparts.Com?

Anybody else having problems with Thirdgenparts.com? I sent them a postal money order for a lower dash panel via certified mail which they signed for on 2-14-03 and over a week later and no dash panel. I saw him signed on to AIM and asked him if he could give me some info on a ship date and he ignored my request...Never answered me back!!

Just an update...I spoke to the guys at Thirdgenparts and they fixed my problem very quickly. There was a legitimate reason for my situation wich was no fault of their own. They were very helpful. I would definitely buy from these guys again.

Glad to hear they took care of it, Tim...Redraif bought some stuff from them a few years ago, and said they were good to deal with.
