Another Reason Not To Do Business With Tpis

Just in case you didn't think it was bad the first time around. The idiots of there at TPIS sent my chip to the wrong address. I had a return address on the box that i sent the chip back in, i had a retun address on the letter of new parts i sent in with the chip, and my credit card has my correct address on it. But somehow they still managed to send the chip to my old address??????
the letter i enclosed with the box stated in black and white that i had recently moved and i wanted the chip sent to the following address. AND STILL TPIS SENT IT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. I cannot stress enough not to do business with this company they have no reguard and no respect for their customers

Can't say anything about the quality of TPIS products, because I've never ordered from them, except for one thing. DO NOT buy the TPIS Insider's Hints book. It is a complete waste of 20 bucks. It's filled with crap that is basically just advertising for TPIS. All the tech info is already on this site pretty much. Just a warning for you guys.

I do parts polishing and did one of there MiniRams. It was a very poor casting. I could only do the box as the rest was in very poor condition. I am not saying it doesn't work well just a bad casting. I would think for what they charge they would be better castings. Just my .02

I have used their plug wires. They are ok.
