Props to Jegs

I have used Summit once, and Jegs ever since. I didn't have any bad dealings with Summit, but Jegs was always a little cheaper on what I needed. Well, the other day I had to exchange a seat cutter. Along with that I sent an order for some more stuff and a money order for payment. The day after they got the order, I realized I was short about $2. So I called to see if I was short, and give a credit card number. They guy said they soaked up the almost $4, and the order was shipped. I couldn't believe it. Once I got my stuff I looked at the invoice, and sure enough, I was $3.80 short. They didn't even call to tell me, or send COD for the rest. They just ate it, and shipped me my parts. I will never question them again.

I ordered a megashifter over the phone with them, they mis calculated my order price and shorted themself 12 bucks and didn't bother charging me for it.

I have had good dealings with both summit and Jegs.. though I shop Jegs almost exclusively for one reason.. they don't put damn foam peanuts in thier packages they use plastic bags instead..

Jegs online catolog is more user friendly and i've no problem with them. Shipping products all over the world from east coast to Guam always worked with me. Great company
