I called them up today thinking i was going to order my engine, Well i told them the year of my car and he told me what i needed. The person on the phone was very rude to me. Yes i know my car is a 95 and yes i know if i went with a different year engine i would have to change the dash wire harness. He keep saying to me he doesnt have a 95 engine LT1 for sale. I am like wtf doesnt have to be 95 if i have to change the damm harness i will.He was all rude and making me feel like they are too good for my business. If any of you know the fellow tell him i am going somewhere else cause he doesnt deserve my business. If i am a teenager that didnt have the money to spend that would be a different matter.

Yes, they are a bunch of ***holes. I myself called there asking about LT1 brakes and if I could just get the brake setup and asked his opinion on switching from drums to rear discs. He told me it couldn't be done, was very rude and I basically told him to go **** himself after being treated that way.

I live about 30min drive north of there. I called those clowns on Friday afternoon at 2:30 about getting an LS1 rear disc setup. THe price IS right!! Over the phone the guy sounded very rude and was very short. When I asked if I could come down to pick up the parts he was like "uhhhhhh if you can get here before 5 uhhhhh"

So, i got there in about 45 min, had to hit the bank first. All I can say is wow, websites can be deciving. Over the web it looks like some organized clean professional business. Yeah right, its a fuken dump!!! NO LITERALLY, it just a juck yard for 3 and 4 gens. I expected a better, cleaner facility I guess. I mean they have tons of stuff, but I got the impression that they don't like to work or make money. Once I was there and paid the guys for the parts, they just kept on talking to me and neglected the phone and their work!!!! What a bunch of clowns!!! But the price was good and the parts were as I expected...

I've always appreciated the service I got from them. A few years back when a lot of folks started doing the brake swaps; I shared a lot of tech conversations with them. I think they're good people.

Like anyone else running that type of business, I'm sure they've had their share of kids with dreams calling asking about parts they'll never buy, or asking questions that a first year voke student should be able to figure out on their own.

You may be right about that, or I may have caught them at the end of a BAD week, who knows. I do know that they rubbed me the wrong way and some local people down here feel the same way, only with there attitude, NOT their service or parts. Like I said, the parts were just as I expected, good quality used parts. I would do business with them again, it just annoys me when people are abrupt and borderline rude when all I want is to give them money!!!

I am glad that you had good experiences with them, they did offer me advice with the swap once I was down there and they had many other used parts I will want in the future...

I had a great experience with them last year. The guy that answered the phone each time was extra nice and very helpful. Even bs'ed with him for a while a few of the times I called. Also answered email quickly and sent many pics of the parts I was interested in. Maybe have some new employees??

I bought some things from them in the past. One of them was a k-member. No problems...I thought they had great service and the product was good too. Sucks all you guys had bad experiences.
