I have ordered numerous items over the years from DB Electrical and have had MANY excellent experiences with them.
They have starters, alternators and more for virtually ANYTHING with an engine. Cars, boats, trucks, ATVs, heavy equipment - You name it, they probably have it, NEW - for less than you'd pay for a reman unit elsewhere.
Their prices are unbelievable, too. Just to give you some idea:
A BRAND NEW, std 105amp output for my 1991 Camaro Z28 is $54... that's right, $54!! They don't charge core charges and they ship VERY fast.
I've bought a couple starters and alternators from them and not only are they MUCH cheaper than anywhere else, the parts arrive quickly, and they fit/operate perfectly.
Just thought I'd give them a review - If you've not used them before... Next time you need a starter or alternator, buy it from them - You won't believe how much cheaper it is than buying ANYWHERE else, including local parts stores.
I know this is antiquated post but I thought I would add to it because of this post and a few others I've read else where I decided to ditch the lead weight starter and bracket in favor of the 7.7lbs unit from DB.
I have the engine and trans out for head and cam upgrades and swaping the worthless auto for a manual. The timing seams perfect.
We use their ATV and lawn & garden equipment starters at work, never a issue with any. I plan on get'n their TM200 for the 502 in my GMC (avatar) but haven't pulled the trigger yet......
Just picked up one of their LT1 starters. $53 shipped. Ordered on sunday, came on Tuesday. We have used several of their starters before with good luck. Four wheelers, tractors, etc.
Ordered the LT1 starter on Sunday, supposed to be here Thursday. Cheaper than the standard starter at my local parts store and way way cheaper than the LS1 starter from them.
I run there mini starters on my 521 and work great. First one had a heat soak issue which lead to pulling massive amps when hot. Replaced and its been working great for a few years. I also used to run their 95amp 1 wire ford 3g alternator and worked great. I just recently upgraded to their powdercoated 130amp 1 wire and expect great results.
My only gripe is that all their stuff is china based.

My only gripe is that I could drive there in 20 min to the store and pick it up but they don't do that anymore. I have to wait a day to have it shipped.
