Just noticed their website is down/can not get to it. Are they still in business? I need one of those "Happy Hooker" lift plates and I do not see anyone else that sells them.

That thing says you are supposed to lift the engine by the fuel rail bolts! Is the intake strong enough for that?

A few guys from other sites have used it without a problem. They have even left the trans attached. I would not try that much weight. The lift plate came in the mail today so I will try it out.

On a side note, TPIS shipped it out very quickly. Quality looks good.

I used the lift plate on my LTx fully dressed dropping it into the vette. Worked fine for me, I was quite skeptical at first but I really doubt it will ever break or fall. I think its a great idea!
