Avoid MimoUSA!! I ordered a dash kit and color gauges!! TERRIBLE customer service!!!

I ordered a dash kit and color gauges from MimoUSA in October and I have not received either of them! Futhermore, Ive contacted customer service on many different occasions and no one can even locate my orders!! I was told to contact a guy named Lee. He was semi-responsive in the beginning. Now Ive sent him 3 emails over the last two weeks and I have not received a reply!

I wishes that I would have checked with the bbb before placing my orders with MimoUSA. Mimo has 9 closed complaints for this year, and a F rating. This is the first time that this has happened to me. Does anyone know how the complaint process works with the bbb? Do they help you get your money back, help you with getting the company to supply the product, or do they help you get your desired outcome? If they only help with getting your money back, does anyone know of a reputable company that offers simuliar products? I was really looking forward to receiving these items for my car.

how did you pay? Hopefully CC or paypal. Just open a complaint with them.

This is Lee from Mimo. I would like to apologize for your unfortunate experience with our company.

I do feel that the information you have provided is very misleading and requires clarification on our part. Your glow gauges were on backorder, and are still on backorder to this day, therefore we have cancelled your order and issued a full refund over a week ago. You should have gotten an automated email.

As for the dash trim kit. You only had one open order, and that was for the glow gauges. You have not ordered any dash trim kits from us. You can go ahead and verify that with your credit card. If you find you were charged please email me at lee@mimousa.com with the date and charge amount so I can review it.

We did receive a sample of your factory dashboard material in order to see if we have a factory match available. I replied to you that we do not.

I am not quite sure what made you assume that you have ordered a dash trim kit, moreover you have a misconception of what a dash trim kit is. It is not a dashboard wrap fabric, its solid overlay wood pieces that goes over the original wood or hard plastic parts in order to give your car wood accents or restore the original look. What you need is a regular wrap fabric, that you can get from www.fabric.com

I hope that clarifies the situation a bit, and I am sorry for all the misunderstandings.
