Just wanted to say thanks to the guys over at Moates.net. Today they helped me program my wideband O2 sensor into my Autoprom. Very tricky process indeed. This would be the 3rd time in as many years since I first purchased the device from them and called them for support. I'm sure my original warranty expired many months ago but I was treated as if I was just about to make the initial investment. Craig and his associate were extremely responsive and dedicated to helping me understand and then correct my own file errors.

Anyone thinking they might not purchase their own tuning system because of the learning curve required needs to know that they will not be left hung out to dry.

Customer service is top-notch and their equipment does everything as promised and more.
