I almost never have a problem with Summitt but I yesterday I had to threaten to take my business elsewhere just to get them to honor their own online price for a Walbro fuel pump. Long story short, don't take 'No' for an answer but it just annoys the *iss out of me to have to brow beat a company to do the right thing.

 

Someone post the wrong price and you caught it?

 

Basically, the price jumped once I added it to my cart and I had to fight to get them to honor the price.

That is strange because they are honoring a price match with Rock Auto andtaking a price cut of $15.45. on a set of KYB Gas-a-just shocks. I don'tunderstand why they would give you such a hard time. Summit Racing has alwaysbeen good to me.

 

that's strange. never had a prob with them ever... I know some times the guy who picks up the phone can be brain dead...

I have had them swap parts out for me even after a year+
and pay shipping.. but it's all in who you talk to.

 

I gave $120 for the pump. It took 4 emails, 3 chats and 2 phone calls to get the deal done!
