Anyone managed to order a mounting kit from them lately? I have tried to contact them for the last month with some questions about the shipping and have not got any replies. I dont wanna put any blame on them, it could be my mistake, im just wondering.

 

Have you heard anything back from them? I've been looking at ordering one.

No, haven´t heard a thing. A shame, i really want one of these kits instead of mine homemade one.

 

I emailed them about my order Thursday, and haven't heard from the either. Going to call them monday.

well know i'm getting worried. ordered my radio pod on feb 28th. Email sent to them on Thursday March 5, no reply. I then called and left a message on Monday March 9th, No return call made. Ill give him one more week before I do a paypal dispute.

 

It's been a long time since I have ordered from them. Hope it works out for everyone.

 

just a quick update. they did email me tracking #s Friday march 13. Looks like they are coming through, but still their communication stinks. Never did return any emails or phone call. Ill update one more time when I receive the product.

 

That's promising. Hopefully it's just because they've gotten so busy that they didn't have the time to return your calls or messages and not that they have let the customer service side of the business slide.

 

Doesn't take much to return a email. I'm a business owner myself. You always have to return calls or emails during and after work. Just part of being a owner.
