I just ordered a set of Tokico Illumina 5 way adjustable shocks and struts from Shox.com, and all I have to say is love the price, HATE the service. First of all, their site doesn't let you know the prices up front. You have to submit a form to get a price quote. When I received the quote back, it only mentioned regular ground shipping prices. I wanted to know what a 3-day shipping charge would be, so I called their 800 number to find out. The guy who answered the phone had a real attitude in his voice, and acted like I was a moron for asking if he knew the shipping differences, if he could pull up my quote number, etc. The entire time he was on the phone he acted like it was a bother to have to take my money. I still placed the order because their prices were the lowest around, beating even Summit on Koni's by about 25 dollars. Still, I have a bad taste in my mouth.

We'll find out how the rest of the process goes. I am scared they'll treat my order the way they treated me on the phone. Too bad Summit doesn't carry Tokico...I would gladly pay the extra cash to them in exchange for a friendly sales rep who acts like he's glad to hear from me :P
