Since it is a consumer purchase, there is no contract offer/counter. It is a specific purchase. If any of the orders were via credit cards, call customer service and tell them there is a dispute. This is fraud. Follow up with a generic letter to them confirming this. Then you send this via certified return receipt mail:

Dear X:
Kindly note that on (enter date) I ordered via (phone/internet/etc.) a (part you ordered). I was charged a sum certain of (enter your full cost) for the product and delivery.
Please note that the item(s) I received were not the items I had purchased in good faith. I consider your actions as a breach of contract and fraud. Kindly note that I have repeatedly tried to contact your company to rectify this situation, and as of today, (day, date, yr.), I have yet to receive any response from your company.
Kindly note that if I do not hear from your company by (10-15 days from the day you send the letter), I shall be forced to resort to litigation against your company to any extent allowable by law and will hold your company wholly responsible for attorney fees, and any costs of collection should a judgment be entered in my favor. I shall also, in order to protect my consumer rights, contact the FBI and your company's State Attorney General's Office and file all applicable claims via these agencies. Please note that since my order was placed via the Internet, the jurisdiction of said purchase and complaint falls into the Federal Bureau of Investigations.
In this regard I await your company's response.
Very truly yours,
Include the date and some ways in which to contact you. You should see a quick response. If you really don't like them, you can indeed do what is listed in the letter.
