Doubts about TCI

where do I start...

1. Accidentally charged me $600. took 3 weeks to get it back to me.
told me they would send me a case of trany fluid for the mix up...nothing yet (been 2 weeks)

2. valve body was sent missing pump parts.. (3 weeks nothing yet)

3.paid for more parts 2 weeks ago and still nothing yet..(140 of them in stock)

4. in the last week have been told the parts should go out that day.call 5 times in the last week.(nothing yet)....not shipped

now..after all of this..im still holding out for 25% off on the Diablo shifter
to make up for all this dumb stuff...lol

Re: Doubts about TCI

Not so sure about them either. Ordered an Outlaw shifter and cable for my 700R4. Spent a bunch of time on the phone, emails, pictures telling them it wouldn't line up with the detents. Finally figured it out was the wrong cable. Asked if they could cut me a break on the new cable; nope. How about shipping USPS so I don't get hammered on duty, brokerage, etc. (I'm in Canada) Sorry can't do that either. Good product, customer service not so much...

Re: Doubts about TCI

My bank gave me a provisional credit.. 10 days after they debited my account.... About a week after my bank's money showed up ..then the money from TCA showed back up... my bank is very good to me.. I don't pay for anything not even my checking account.. And it's been that way for 25/30 years.. the sad part was $600 on my play money was out of my hands.. So I had to wait to my next payday.. To get another $600 play money.. Wife keeps me on a tight budget.. I'm allowed $600 a check for car parts... the rest goes to Bill's ..credit cards.. food ..gas.. life..just today the bank tookback the $600 they gave me a couple weeks ago.. I've got just enough to get a couple parts that I wanted.... and payday is almost two weeks away again..lol

They do have good products.. But I have talked to all the sales staff..Jim..Will..Lee....as of today still no parts shipped....wow.

.

Re: Doubts about TCI

I have a good wife.. and we make an equal amount... but we have two mortgages / 2 homes.. I rent my house.. I had before I was married. Two friends of mine / ours.. for the same as the mortgage I'm not making a profit with them... but I'm going to sell them the house eventually.. And maybe buy a tube frame car....for the Street...lol

Re: Doubts about TCI

There only good parts if they can get them. To be honest I bet most there parts are rebranded. Go to the source if you can.
