BMR Suspension
This year I decided to replace pretty much everything on my suspension. Pricing things out and factoring in lead time, I decided to go with BMR for my springs, LCAs, PHB, and LCA relocation brackets. This proved to be a big mistake.
It has been 4 weeks since I ordered my PHB and LCAs, they have not shipped. BMR showed them "in stock" and continues to do so on their website. After 2 weeks of no response, finally a customer service representative contacted me saying they were backordered and wouldn't ship for another 2 weeks. Two more follow-ups went unanswered, and I have no idea where my parts are but they have my money. My car has been waiting on these parts for a while now, this is an extremely disappointing setback. Their direct competitor, UMI, posted on their website banner that they had a 4-5 week backlog for all orders before shipping; which is why I went with BMR. BMR simply chooses not to offer this information on their website, respond to legitimate customer service requests, or be forthcoming on lead times at the time of the order.
Additionally, my LCA brackets came in with peeling powder coat out of the box. Very disappointing for a pair of $90 brackets.
My advice to anyone looking to order from BMR is to go elsewhere. Spohn and UMI offer similar products with acceptable business practices and quality.

Update to this: Glenn reached out to me directly. He offered to ship the PHB and LCAs today, and to rectify the powder coating issue. Extremely pleased with his professionalism and customer service; I recommend anyone ordering anything from BMR get in touch with Glenn, the customer service representatives will be of no help. Thanks again Glenn.

I had the same positive experience with Glenn, he was very helpful when I ordered a torque arm that was backordered.

Re: BMR Suspension
He's the man, definitely the best point of contact in their organization. My parts shipped well before the end of the day yesterday, true to his word.
