Just wondering if the promo code is still valid? I tried putting it in but get "this coupon code isn't valid. Verify the code and try again" messages.

Hi all....first off...yes the to11 code is valid. Secondly we are NOT ignoring anyone as that is not the way we conduct business. We were overseas and did not have access to internet or phone as verizon screwed us. We signed up for international plan and was not able to make any phone calls or retrieve emails.
I spoke with my web developer last night as we arrived back to the states yesterday. He supposedly made some adjustments so it should work. If not .....I assume you have fingers to call us at the shop... we will always honor the discount code and would be more than happy to help you. If someone does not respond to your messages there is a reason.
You know we would help you with anything you need.

the code only works for the tpi products. It's not valid for the entire website. My web developer also told me that he had the code set for one use. Meaning that if you are a repeat customer the code will not work. However I had him change that. You will be able to use it more than once. Sorry for the inconvenience.
This code has been a thorn in my side for quite some time. Please....if for some reason it does not work just give us a call. We'll be more than happy to help you guys

I do have fingers but YOU said to send you a message with my email and I did and you went silent. I know it sounds like I am pissed but I'm not, I'm just making a point that I did what you had asked. It's all good, crap happens.

 

if you were pissed I understand, however as i mentioned we were overseas and we did not have access to making phone calls or responding to any emails or messages thanks to verizon. And we did send you a paypal invoice before we left. I'm guessing you never received it because of a possible typo.
