Issues with RockAuto order

About a week ago, I placed an order for 8 items from Rock Auto. All new parts (not a closeouts). Three of the 8 parts came with a label "incomplete" and at least one was actually missing the installation hardware where I had to reuse the old part to complete the installation. Unfortunately, this is not the first time it happened. Last year, I ordered same manufacturer brake pads (both for front and rear). One of the boxes came sealed with all the brake hardware but the other one was open and missing all the installation hardware. What's going on with Rock Auto? Over the years, I have ordered tons of parts from them for my cars but it looks like recently, the service went downhill. Anybody else had similar problems? I did write to RockAuto and I am awaiting their reply.

Hood strut missing the locking tab. I had to reuse the old one.

Oil filter. Not sure what's missing. Maybe just an original wrap to protect the filter from contaminants.

Spark plug wire set. Not installed yet. Wires are there but will have to check if anything else was included in the package.

Re: Issues with RockAuto order

They've gotten bigger and more popular, more orders = more opportunities for mistakes. Try calling them, they've always made things right any time I've had issues.
