Well, thursday I ordered my Hooker cat back. I didnt expect it to be here till wednsday, but as I pull up to my house, I notice it sittin at my front door! I couldnt believe it! Every time I order from Jegs, their cust. service is great, and their shipping is awsome!

Its a wonder why I keep goin back to them... Alot of companies should learn from Jegs... They know how customers should be treated!

For some reason, UPS never makes us sign for anything around here... I dunno why. Got my headers the same way.

 

i had bought some stuff from ups..sent to somewhere that a drop box was available cause they wanted an extra 20 bucks to send to my house(country) anyway first time around they didnt drop it in was on friday at like 930 am later they left it but it was 4 in the afternoon and i couldnt get it then, now..i send to work..dealership..i just have to let the people in parts that unload know that i am looking for a delivery in near future and to accept it and to come get me

I agree, Jegs processes orders quickkk.

I love the fact that UPS leaves it on my door step. *ucking FedEx is hafe way down the road when you answer the door, I would have to yell for them to stop.

I live kind of rual myself, but never a problem with UPS delivery. In fact this poor lady delivered a package (roll bar padding, etc.) the other day. It was 10 degrees, and 6" of snow. The worst part is that BIG BROWN TRUCK made it up my 300 foot unplowed driveway. Now thats service !!!

Jegs rocks, but lets not forget UPS.
