Third Gen Resource SUCKS!

I ordered a set of Metal Security Cover mounting pads
for my camaro because I am putting a security roll in.
Hawks wanted $50.00 cause they are such a pain
in the a$$ to pull out. So I called Roy at Third Gen
Resource and he said oh yea $25 and I'll ship today.
That was 2 weeks ago and I been trying to get ahold
of them since on the phone. Got ahold of a girl once
and she was checking the status of my order and left
me on the phone for like 20 minutes and came back
and said we got a new ordering system so I don't know
if it has been shipped call back later. So everytime
I call now their phone is off the hook or they won't
pick up. I am fed up cause I waiting on HIM so I can
finish my rear interior.......

So I finally got threw to Roy and he said they were shipped
last week. I asked for a conformation Number and he said
yea someone will get it in a second. He put me on hold and
I thought I would be on hold for like 20 minutes but a lady
came on and gave me the Conformation number and I checked
it and it has been sent.... UPS Ground is slower then $hit! It was sent March 29 and it schedule to arrive April 9.

I think the cheapest is UPS bike, so that could be why it is taking so long

I use UPS all the time. All you have is Next day air $$$$$$ Second day air $$$ and turtle ground. It will show up someday.
