Erratic Idle
Got the car back together with the Stealth Ram. It has an erratic idle.
I have checked over everything I can think of, checked vacum lines, TPS reading, etc....
Thought I may have a leak in the intake, but I sprayed carb cleaner around all spots and it did not change.
Not trouble codes showing.
It will idle at about 1100 rpm, and drop down to about 450 then jump up to 1800 then settle down to 1100 again, it will idle for a few seconds then do it all over again.
Any thoughts?

I had the same problem. Everyone will tell you it is a vacuum leak, but if you have checked and you know it's not. It might be the AFPR that came with HSR. Kirban makes one for a grand national that fits right on the fuel rail for $105.00. There website is kirbanperformance.com. It could be caused by other problems, but this is what worked for me.

Thanks for the reply. I am running a Magna Fuel Regulator, set at 48 psi, any less than that and the car leans out.
I ended up changing the plugs, the one in it were fouled out from all the tuning work.
That helped a lot! It now maitains a seteady idle, however it is still a bit rough.
I am gonna mess with it some more today.

i'm having the same problem.....messed with the fuel pressure, went from 30-50, and everywhere in between...went from 6* to 21* advanced timing, changed my whole ignition system...seems like the HSR really messes up the system...i have it running half way decent now...i'm pretty much saying F it and taking it to a dyno tuner...
