what size throttle body for setup

I recently ordered a vortec stealth ram and scroggins dickey vortec heads. I plan on using a lt4 hotcam and i also have 22# bosch injectors(I think they are pink) I was leaning towards a 52mm tb. does this combo sound right? thanks

52mm I like Holley however BBK has a decent one. Don't get the 1000cfm like most people think is nessary it will give you soggy response and loose power down low with no gain up top.

I definitely wouldnt go bigger than a 52mm on a 350. The 52mm should be perfect.

A 22 pound injector equates to fuel delivery appropriate to approximately 350 crankshaft horsepower or, about 300 RWHP.

With 300 RWHP, you'll not need anything greater than 52mm. The HOT cam and those heads should get you in the neighborhood of that kind of power. Sounds like a pretty well balanced combo. Just dont go too big on header port size. 1 5/8 primaries will help optimize your torque and horsepower. People knock them I know, but I've had good luck with the Edelbrock 6872 TES header & Y-pipe. I've pushed 400 RWHP through them with my 385 and peaked at 6250 RPM. So they cannot flow all THAT bad... Plus they are inexpensive.

Does anyone have any hard numbers to support the theories on TB sizes?

On my 383, I saw an increase in low end tq and upper end hp. So, can't say I agree with you. My tq down low is more noticeable b/c its in a truck and every bit of tq I pick up is noticed.
