Awfully demanding!

In my opinion, no. The Accel is a lot taller than the holley/cutler, and mine rubs slightly.

Kenwood I think is running the accel setup. I think if you had a camaro you'd get away with it.

To bad your not local, I have a 2" cowl for sale. heh.

No. I'm not a turbo fan.

Even with a camaro thats pushing it...

I have a turbo and accel pro-ram, PT elbow, etc etc... I have the early style RA1 hood...I have about 1" clearance... the cowl is about 2" Basically with the hood off if you run a straightedge from quarterpanel to quarterpanel the top of the TB would be FLUSH..

So stock hood on a bird wont work... camaro gives you more room But still would be too close for comfort>>>>ALSO even to get the clearance I did you have to mount the TB with the IAC on the DS, your throttle cable on the PS and the TPS Under the arm****Which makes the tps almost rest on the t-stat outlet... Because of that you can mill down the intake or they will interfere>>>unless you use a remote mount t-stat.. Im not saying it CANT be done...because it can.. Im just saying that easily getting it to clear a stock hood will be a challenge... One day I will retool my setup anfd get it under a stock appearing flat hood..

I got mine to fit with the cutler setup, a s/c top hat, and an angled spacer. Only problem is when I removed the air intake on the dyno, I jumped from 308 to 347 rwhp (hence the subsequent purchase of a 4" cowl hood). If you want it to fit under the stock hood pick another intake. If you want the benefits of the single plane, buy a new hood.

14X3 K&n extreme air filter with a 26" wide cowl pan that seals to the hood.
