Stealth ram plenum gasket

Im trying to chase down some vacuum leaks on my new motor and i started getting to thinking that the chinsey gaskets that holley supplies could be causing a vacuum leak between the plenum and lower intake... anyone else have problems with these gaskets?

Summit sells replacement gaskets for the HSR plenum. Im not sure of the part number but I know they where about $15 for the pair. I ended up ordering 3 sets. Its nice to have spares.

I had no vacuum leaks, but when I was fixing the oil leak I took off the plenum to clean it up and couldn't find replacement gaskets locally, so I got some gasket material, feels and looks like the same material the stock gaskets are, and cut out some new ones. It was like $7 for the sheet and I can probably get 6 gaskets cut from it. I just couldn't see spending $15 for 2 small gaskets.

the holley ones are very cheepo I did the same thing and made my own. not to mention I made the gaskets so they fit the port shape better and the bolt hole line up. which is years ahead of holley
