We have kinda similar builds. I would love to have my car in the 12's. Have to go to the track still though.

Re: Post your dyno's & e.t.'s With a Super Ram

surprised this isnt getting that much attention yet..there is a ton of superram combos on this site. i have no doubt that if i had superram over my HSR i'd be running near the same times. thats basically bolt on L98 doing 13.2's at 101. i may even be faster with a superram cuz of the torque it will produce over hsr

Re: Post your dyno's & e.t.'s With a Super Ram

My setup is as follows:

350 l98
trick flow first gen 180cc I don't get to flow them though
comp ground lpe219 219 560 560 112
1.6 aluminum comp cam rockers
10.25 comp roughly
52mm throttle body / airfoil
afpr holley set at 50psi
24lbs ford blues
edelbrock 1 5/8 headers-->magnaflow cat--->horribly worn out flowmaster 2 chamber
Chip tuned by Kevin

I haven't had a chance to run 1/4 mile or dyno tune it. I am very curious to see how she would do though. I would be happy to get into the 12 s maybe 12.6-12.8 would be great for my daily. I know low 12s is a bit much to ask for but one can always try Its interesting to see how other cam/sr combos run. I know displacement plays a huge roll as well.

Re: Post your dyno's & e.t.'s With a Super Ram

that combo is tried and true for mid 12's assuming good gearing, suspension and trans is setup right with proper stall if auto.

you should beable to go high 1.6's 60 foot or so, and have a chance for low mid 12's at probly 106-108 mph

340 RWHp with little tuning after installing 395 cu.in. stroker, maybe now at 350 RWHp. quickest ET = 12.12 sec with 1.7x 60'... Fastest trap speed = 113.5mph. (using the MAF)

Re: Post your dyno's & e.t.'s With a Super Ram

A mid 12 run would be fantastic. Though I think my downfall would be my 3.27 gears. They don't help me dig but they do hold 70mph at 2200rpm which is perfect for freeway cruzin. I am running a 2800 rpm stall which is very streetable. I think its time for some good year f1 d3 or some nito555s to help me grab some earth.

Re: Post your dyno's & e.t.'s With a Super Ram

you'll need drag radials atleast to get those good deep 12 second runs. 2800 stall is what i run and i love it. i got 3.42 gears tho but its still good on the highway

and Doc...you need to bump up a cam size for that motor.. that cam is fairly mild in a 383 let alone a big 395! next size up would be something like a 230/236

Re: Post your dyno's & e.t.'s With a Super Ram

I have had several combinations on my car over the years. When I had a SuperRam, 383ci, LPE 219 cam, Edelbrock heads, 58mm t body, Corvette converter, 3.70 gears. The car went 12.00@113.5 I could not get it into the 11's. It was so consistent at 12.00.

That was with 1.6 60 ft times. I just could not get that half tenth. The next year I went to a MiniRam and bigger cam and got my 11 second ET.

Re: Post your dyno's & e.t.'s With a Super Ram

4 years ago I ran a best of 12.39@109 with a Superram, LPE 219 cam, and AFR 190 heads out of the box with 350 cubic inches. I ran those with ET Streets. For exhaust I used SLP 1 3/4 shorties and Flowmaster cat back. Also used a stock MAF and chip burned for a milder cam.
