Holley fuel injection....which would be the simpler choice?

I am looking at the Holley 950 systems for a vortech 355. Which would be the more logical choice for a 400ish hp application? Specifically I am looking at the 4bbl tbi unit that you use a carbed intake for, and the mpfi unit. Both of them are the 950 command units, but the mpfi is ALOT more expensive. For costs sake alone I am really considering the tbi unit that supports 380-500hp apps. It is only $1500 and is ready to run, minus a stock hei dissy and computer tuning. They MPFI unit needs the dissy and tuning as well, supports the same HP but is about $2700. Will I get good streetable power out of the TBI unit? I am thinking it is the one to go with for a hot street application. Any thoughts one way or the other?
