Did you run a datalog at idle? See what sensors are seeing.

Might also help to have more information on your combo, from the engine itself to what electronic hardware and bin you are running.

Re: problem not resolved!

Could try adding a bit of timing at idle or bring the idle up to 800 until you get it going better.
Look at the closed throttle table and be sure its matched close to the main table settings.
Also when cold, the closed throttle table is not used.
The 100 Kpa cell from the main table is used for what ever RPM you are at until it warms up.
Get the TB blades opened up a bit to drop the IAC counts down to around 10-20, then do the reset on the TPS and IAC. Must do both after adjusting the TB mechanically.
Then see how it goes.

If the BLMs are still at 96 (pulling as much fuel as it can) then up your injector constant until they come up a bit.
Then work it backwards (as above) to get everything smoothed out.

Re: problem not resolved!

Thanks, I will see what happens, when I talked to Kevin at AFI, I told him all the info on the datalog, everything sounds close except the BLM. I have set the idle many times, I also read a forum on stealthran.com that talked about the intake gasket for the HSR, I may have put the wrong gasket on in the first place, I don't remember the number, could someone verify if in is fepro 1205, or 1206? I planed on checking it out. I have used differant bins to try to see if any help, but the ones I tryed don't seem close, that's why I think I have a vacuum leak in the intake, make any sence?
