Miniram owners - step inside

I'read somewhere that installing Miniram or converted LT1 intake
on L-98 that uses stock ECM can cause problems.
It looks like problems are with air distribution inside the plenum,
and this causes front cylinders running rich.
Does anybody here that uses miniram now something more
abut this?
I'm considering switching to miniram (from superram) and I wouldn't
like to get into those kind of problems.

Re: Miniram owners - step inside

I experience this with my Miniram. The problem is on the back cylinders 5,7,6,8. I believe this mostly at idle and very light throttle. WOT should not be a problem. Right now I'm working on a fix for mine.

How do you plan to fix this?

Re: Miniram owners - step inside

I'm planning on plumbing my crankcase ventilation into the exhaust. Moroso, Jegs sells the kit. I will then run a hose from the throttle body to the vacuum port on the plenum. This will feed fresh air into the plenum at idle and should have zero efect on WOT.

The car is in storage right now so will not have feedback until May or June.
