switching from tpi.

I was thinking since the TPI system will leave me stranded with no power, so i was wondering how hard it would be to swith to an efi manifold and run an ls1 throttle body with the elbow? I was wondering if I could keep my tpi harnes ( speed density with emisions delete). I was wondering what parts i should be looking into. I would like to later on add a turbo to my car, but only when money is around.

Re: switching from tpi.

Pretty much any single plane efi manifold will work for you! holley/Edeldbrock/Profesonial products/Weiand etc all make good single planes with injector bungs etc. Then Edelbrock has some nice elbows that will accept the Ls1 throttle body and your good to go. Do some searching in this forum under single plane intakes and you will get alot of answers. Hope this helps
