car won't start
Got a 91 z28 305 tpi. They removed smog pump.
But I tried and start it. Nothing.
I put the timing on it and was timed right, getting spark , getting fuel but will not start
Air is coming out of the throttle body

you mean to say. you have a vacuum leak? TB's are intake only. Unless timing backfire.

I assume you are talking about the "timing gear and chain?".... like everyone said you cant set the timing on a car that wont start. but if you have air coming OUT of the throttle body... then you have your timing gear on wrong and your intake valve is open on the compression stroke.
