FAST intake question

FAST intake question
i was wondering if i could buy FAST most basic intake and just bolt it on with no other mods. is anyone running this setup? is it worth spending money for all the other bells and whistles? any good performance gains? the one i want looks like it would cost a 1000 while the most expensive it like 3500 thats a big difference. thanks for the help.

If you have a EFI car then you already have the control system.
All you need are the hard parts ; intake / TB / fuel rails/ etc
