I got something cool for my collection

So I own a couple tpi manifolds.

We have a t ram, a mc farland short ram, miniram, superram, slp tpi, hsr and some stock units (for the rest its infividual runner stuff and weber doen and sidedrafts and crower injectors)

Anyway whilst snooping on ebay I found this new cb performance intake. New from them. Not sure how many made.

I could not let it pass up

Nice find, that's a unique piece, for sure. Interesting that the top of the plenum looks removable.

Every time you find one of these, I scour ebay for a few days, maybe a week, never find anything and I forget. Then inevitably you find another one and post it up! Argh!!!!! Good find though, that's pretty cool.

Re: I got something cool for my collection

Ugh, parcel services suck, they managed to break the pressure regulator and the water neck. Packaging was pretty crappy (some bubble wrap and a box)

well...guess I have to fix it then. The regulator is a malpassi unit without the malpassi branding (italian), the water neck is unique.

All it needs is some paint now.

I took some more pics to compare it to a HSR and also of the inside (V bottom plenum)

Re: I got something cool for my collection

Looks like 1206s are going to be a tight fit...maybe not enough meat on the intake. Oh well....

I do like how clean this casting is on the inside with machined runner pairs all the way through (they are seperate pieces)
