Question about the Ramjet Intake

I have a question about the ramjet intake. Is it suppose to have this giant hole under the pcv baffle cover? I feel like this is why the inside of my intake is coated with oil. Is this oem or did someone modify it? I dont think this is right? I can imagine that at 5k rpm im sucking mad oil through here?
