Lower intake question....

Is the windage tray under the lower intake required? I purchased an aftermarket intake that doesnt have one included and was wondering if I have to swap out the tray or not?.....

Mike,

Is he perhaps referring to an oil splash shield?

Keep the tray, it's purpose is to keep oil from heating your manifold/
