falt black spray paint is the cheapest, there is also a black undercoating that you can buy it also is in a spray can. chrome i dont get it? oh ya, remember to tape and cover everything you dont want black undercoating on your paint paint

Just clean under there good, with soap and water. Then I just sprayed some black spray paint.

Cheaper & slightly harder way is to scrub wheel wells with soap/water and repaint. Slightly more expensive & lazier way is to buy undercoating spray. I can see the benefits of both, and I don't see either one being more beneficial than the other. A matter of preference, I suppose.

I used Por-15 to do mine. Simply cleaned it slightly then brushed it on.

POR 15!

It too finally found Por 15, it works better tham both falt black paint, and "rubberized" undercoat, both of those just came off in a few months so it was about a quarterly ritual, the POR 15 on the other hand has been on a year and holding up great!

"sticky" 275's throw alot of crap at the wheel wells....

Do you have to order POR-15, or can you get it from any autostore?

If you're super-lazy, just carry a can of flat black around with you, and spray it over the dust after you knock off any big chunks of dirt. Works well right before selling the car...

Do not use Chrome illusion pint in the wheel well. :nono: Once it chips and you want to go repaint it you have to do it all over again so it don't look messed up. But if you want. They sell chrome illusion paint in spray paint cans now. I think they have it at most auto stores. The kit runs like between$30-$50. I think. Some of my engine bay is done with it. I really don't like it and its being repainted while the engine is out. Regular Chrome Illusion paint is super expensive expecially the one i got. $300 a quart. 2 quarts are on my car. I love my car and I don't even have it back with the new motor yet. Mid May WOOOHOOOO:lala:
