After 3 years, I finally have pics
I have owned this 83 TA for 12 years. 3 years ago I took it off the road to do a "ground up" rebuild. The car had been hit 14 different times while PARKED on the streets of NYC over the 10 years I had owned it. Now she is a weekend/nice weather cruiser only.
The paint is a custom color that a friend of mine mixed up when he worked in an autobody supply shop. I painted the car myself in my garage. The interior has been completely redone by myself incl. 4th gen seats and dynamat from firewall to taillight wall. Side Mirrors and door handles were painted body color as are the door cylinder lock armor plates (hey I do live in Brooklyn afterall)
Future plans are new rims (WS6 or ROH) and going back to the original "power bulge" hood.
Now the car has "standard" fenders because originally I wanted to create a GTA clone, but I have decided to finish her up as she was born and retain that now rare 82-84 look and either install TA fenders with the air extractors or cut these fenders to install the extractors.
So what do you think of my work? Should I put the decals back on?

Rear qtr shot with reflection
For some reason this is the only one that shows up

Bumper Fender Shot
The hood is not all the closed in the one right above. All the body lines DO line up.

Thanks guys. By the way, Mark I love the videos!
I am attaching the pics as separate posts as attachments, since MSN seems to be malfunctioning again.
