Where could I find a set of 90-92 RS rims?

I found 6 rims for sale on 3rd Generation Camaros classifieds board. ::scratches head:: I paid $300 plus shipping for all 6 rims (2 fronts 4 rears). They weren't in the greatest condition when I bought them, but I probably could have brought them to a nice finish by myself, but since I had the $ at the time I too them to a shop to have 4 of them refinished and painted to match my car. Below is a picture of before and after. (BTW I think these are the rims you are looking for, you said in the subject 90-92, really they are 1991-1992)

in those years. Also here's a tip about the 91-92 flat face rims. They take the same center caps as the beginning generation of 4th gen Camaros did! So if you want to perhaps find a pair in better shape, that's exactly where you can start! Versus trying to find them from a 3rd gen wheel.
