Well guys... I'm almost finished sanding down the tpi plennum, I wetsanded with 1500 and polished at low speed with mothers mag restorer, and it left alot,I mean alot of faded swirl marks on the finish. Anyone have any idea's? Trust me, at this point anything is worth a try, it hurts to have to resand that flippin thing...

Thanks in advance..

Back to 400... spend a lot of time on 400- its the last grit that actually "removes" the scratches. After you do 400, buff with the polish. It should look dull and show any scratches you miss. If you buff and see scratches, sand them with 400 and test buff again. Once it is flawless (or as close to flawless as you're willing to settle for), go to 600, 800, 1000, 1500, 1500 wet, and buff again. Should be nice and shiney by then. Good luck

Yeah, definitely do not cut corners on 400. Good luck, post pics when you're done!
