Scratches on paint

There was an incident this morning on my way to work that has caused some scratched to the nose of my car. I had left a piece of plywood leaning on the front of the garage last night, and on opening the garage to leave this morning, in fell the plywood, right onto my car. No dents, but a few patches of light scratches.

What is the best way to get these off? The car is black, and has a recent paint job, no clear coat. The final stage was mixed so there is no seperate clear coat layer. Any suggestions?

Buy yourself a buffer and take it out. I have seen several deep scratches come out or a get a lot smaller with a buffer. Buffer should run you about 40$. Plus its good for waxing your car.

Meguiars sells this stuff called Scratch X, it is supposed to remove scratches, use that then follow up with deep crystal step 2, and they should go away.
