Most of the time, you're crap out of luck. Cause some don't like to give out secrets on these boards, never know if the person would use it for negative reasons. I'd say call a tow truck place.

When I had my '85 Stang, I locked the keys in the car, no spare. The tow truck guy came out and tried for like 10 mins, then finally smash, he used to much pressure and broke the glass. OMG was I pissed, but they installed a new window for me.

I'd see if I could find a wire or something long enough to put between the glass of the door thats not closed all the way and try to hit the hatch switch on the center console. It's easier than trying to hit the window switches for the windows or doors.

Yeah if you have a power hatch try and pry a window down and stick somethin in a pop the hatch. If not, you're screwed.

Slim jim wont work, Coat Hanger wont work because the door locks work sideways cuz of power locks, and a wire cant hook it either.. He also has a firebird, so the trunk release is in the middle by the guages and its a push button.. i would say try and whack the power lock button on the side.. bend the coat hanger so you can press it

Ummm right and what did I use to break into my own car. It doesnt matter if you have power locks or not. The slim jim is used to open up the latch while the door is locked. Dont believe me. Get me a slim jim and I"ll show ya on your car

If you don't mind killing the exterior window stripping and replacing it, which probably should be done anyways, judging by the age of our cars, proficient used of a long flathead screwdriver will get the door open...

Ok this is what you do. Get a coat hanger and totally straighten it out. At the end that used to to be the hook part make a 90* degree bend 2 inches from the end. So now you have what looks like an L. Ok now stick that into the window with the L part inside the car. Then unscrew your antenna and slide that into the window and use it to push the hanger into the door lock switch. I've done this many times on my car and it never takes more than a minute.

I have dont this twice and that two times to many. Well its 7:45AM here in Texas I might be a little to late but I can break into any third gen in less then 45 seconds. Here is how...

>Go to home depot and bring two bucks.

>Get a square steel rod that is about 5 feet long and about a quarter inch thick. (Make sure to get the thick one other wise the small one will just flex and thats not good)

>Take it to the card and just to look at it put one end where the lock is and the other where the far rear corner or the driver window. Just place it at the side of the door and window just to see where you will have to make a slight bend in the rod.

>after you make the bend stick the rod in the far right corner of the window with the bend you made you can angle it over to the lock.

>here is the easy part, Just push the lock open.

>Last step, Go the a keymaker and get a copy of you door key then stick it in your wallet.

I wish I had a pic of that rod but Im sure you know what a 5 foot rod that is a quarter inch thick looks like. Well if you got in already great! Just lock then in there again to try my idea.

to be continued on how to break into and start a thirdgen in less that a minute and a half!

Just ing I dont know how to do that LOL
