Detailing engine

I bought some engine detailer(forgot the name, but it is a two bottle process) i want to use it tonight. I still have all sorts of dust and stuff from the paint job all over the engine bay. I need to know what i all need to cover before i use this. I will cover the alt., battery, cap. What else should i cover up? thanks guys.

p.s. can someone make my sig pic smaller for me? i tried, it keeps coming out the same size
