are 86 Z28 wheels and 90ish RS wheels the same?

are 86 Z28 wheels and 90ish RS wheels the same?
i mean the 5 spoke 15x7 wheels, they were on the regular Z28's in 85-87, (non iroc) and there were similar wheels on the 90ish RS's that were 15x7" too, they look similar but are they the same?

i think the RS ones have wider spokes, but maybe its just me... thirdgenresource doesnt separate them.. so i thought maybe they are the same? or are they just priced the same..?
