Car Broken into!!!
On Saturday I went fishing and left my car parked outside of Food City at the local shopping center. When I came back someone had shattered the passenger side window and stole my cd player. And tobeat all of that screwed up the new paint .But does anyone know how hard or easy it is to replace the window and how much .
Thanks

I would try to scam one up from the boneyard (junk yard) for 40-50 bucks. I bet you looking into those detachable faces now right?

Do you know if you have comprehensive insurance on your car. That will cover your window, touch up paint and cover replacing your CD player if you still have the receipt for it. If you dont have this coverage I HIGHLY recommend it. It covers weather damage, vandalism, theft, cracked windshield and just about everything else. I got mine with a zero dollar detuctable so I pay a little more but its nice not to have to pay out anything to get something fixed.
If you dont have that insurance. Like above... Try a junk yard.

:lala: my advice is to add up the cost of all the stolen stuff and the damage to the car, find who did it, and hit him once in the head with a tire iron for each dollar!!!! then let's see that f*cker break into cars again!
I had my IROC broken into about 5 months ago...
About $180.00 to have a new window installed at the dealership. The labor involved is alot, cuz you have to take the entire inner panel off and suck out the broken glass.... real pain in the @ss.
You can do it yourself, but it's a real bitch...
