My car is in the shop, right now, getting fresh paint (yay!) however I'm a little worried.

The guy told me that they wouldn't be taking the decal off of the back bumper. The one that goes all the way across and says,

"2.8 liter FI Chevrolet"

Who makes this decal? Anyone know?

If you can't find it I am sure a good sign shop could make one. Get a good picture of it and measure the size of the decal. Many sign shops or someplace like phoenixgraphix can cut any decal you want as long as they know the size and what it should look like.

 

I asked this a while back and was told p/n 1005 4565.

Try a dealer.
